Extreme CNC Tools was started for one reason: the tools available to working cabinet shops were not good enough. We were buying overseas bits that lasted a week, or premium imports that cost too much and still chipped on the third pass.
So we made our own. American carbide. Ground to half-thousandth tolerance. Tested by us, in our own shop, on the materials we actually cut every day.

Submicron-grain carbide holds an edge 2-3× longer than standard grade.
Balanced spirals reduce chatter and extend spindle life.
Every tool runs 1,000+ feet in a working shop before it ships.
Sourced and CNC-ground in the United States.
"Switched our whole compression bit lineup. Running them 3× longer than the imports and the cuts are noticeably cleaner on pre-finished panels."
